Light my Way

I initially wanted to capture one of the four gates to Angkor Thom during the blue hour without any signs of human activity. But since Angkor is a very touristy sight and there is actually a lot going on I seized this moment the second it appears. As I noticed a car approaching the gate I switched some settings in my camera in order to capture the light falling in from behind.
On the one hand I have not seen anything like this taken at Angkor before and I believe this is a more authentic depiction of my experience there.
