We did not plan to visit Nakuru National Park when we first scheduled this trip. But, luckily we found a good reliable guide who made us an offer we couldn’t refuse. To make the experience even more special, we drove just for 10mins just to see two Lions bathing in the sunlight. What makes Nakuru National Park so special is the unique landscape with one of the Rift Valley’s soda lakes at an elevation of 1754 m above sea level and the diversity of the area with barren plains, steppe and Acacia forest. What a morning it was, we got nice light and found one of the most amazing animals on the planet. I could not have wished for more.
