France
France a country of very different and unique landscapes, all captured over several journeys across the country. From the dramatic coastline of Brittany and the rugged cliffs of Étretat to the snow-capped majesty of Chamonix and the French Alps, these images reflect some of my earliest explorations with a camera.
I’ve visited France around four or five times, travelling from the wild Atlantic shores to the high alpine landscapes. Many of these trips took place when I was just starting out in photography, and the images carry the energy and experimentation of those early years. In many ways, this collection reflects my “youthful” photographic style — a period of discovery while I was developing my eye and approach to landscape photography.
